We will gladly replace or exchange your online purchase, please read the terms below and place the products in their individual bags.

Returns:

We do not provide Reverse Pick-up; you are responsible for shipping your return to us and are responsible for tracking information of your return.

Returns must be received within 10 days from delivery date.

All returns must be in a perfect condition with all original tags attached, must be free of any odor and/or stains.

It is up to Cotton Village discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in a perfect condition or not. If not, then the items will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not give refunds; you will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for 3 months.

If your item(s) are returned post the 10-day window, it is up to Cotton Village discretion to accept the return. If it is accepted, you will be issued Store Credit for the item(s).

To avail your voucher code, enter the code during checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.

Exchanges:

Exchanges must be received within 10 days from delivery date.

Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of delivery. Along with photographs of the damage

If an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please keep the damaged bag to be returned along with the damaged goods. Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Once a garment is worn and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned/exchanged for any reason.
